Houses in Oakridge have sold quite well so far this year with 15 selling on average for $267,746 which was 99% of the asking price .

At April 2, there were 8 houses for sale in Oakridge starting as low as $189,000 and up to $349,500 which averages out to $274,625 which is a lot of house.

Oakridge Houses & Condos in London Are Selling Well

Houses and condos in Oakridge have been selling quite well in January and February so far this year with 23 houses selling at an average of $293,926 which was 99% of the asking price.

The days on the market have dropped to 28 days which shows that the housing market in London is healthy!

9 condos sold at an average price of $182,059 and because it took an average of only 39 days to sell, the price was 98% of selling.

As you can see, condos and houses in London Ontario are selling quite well but the good thing is we are not seeing 10, 20 or even 25% price increases.

London proves itself again as having a very balanced real estate market without the the huge swings. For up to date Oakridge real estate information, you know who to call!

Oakridge Houses Sold For 101% of Asking Price in January

There were 7 houses that sold in the Oakridge area of London in January at an average price of $307,543 which was 101% of the asking price of $305,329 and on average these homes were on the market 52 days!

There were 4 condos in Oakridge  that sold at an average price of $178,453 which was 97% of the $184,200 asking price and on average those condos were on the market for 68 days.

At the present time there are 10 resale houses for sale in Oakridge and 7 condos available. As you can see by the January numbers, fence sitting may not be in your best interest.
