Houses & condos in Summerside, a neighbourhood in Southeast London have been selling real quick. There have been 16 Summerside homes sold since January 1, with 11 alone in February with an average selling price of $263,601 which is 100% of asking!

Presently there are 3 condos available for sale in Summerside ranging from $172,000 - $249,000 and 12 2 storey houses available with an average price of $276,025.

Summerside Houses in London Sold For 97% of Asking Price

5 houses sold in Summerside, a neighbourhood in south east London with easy access to the London Airport, 401 and 402 highways. The average asking price was $292,491 which meant that 97% of that was $282,800.

There are 14 homes presently listed for sale in Summerside with the average asking price of $272,228 with all being two storey houses.

Summerside 2009 Real Estate Market & What to Expect 2010

What was the real estate market for houses and condos like in Summerside a neighbourhood in south London in 2009 and what to expect for 2010?   

Houses in Summerside 

       From January 01, 2009 to December 31, 2009, 82 houses in Summerside exchanged hands and it took an average of 62 days for houses to sell. The majority were 2 storey houses.

      The average asking price was $261,705 and those that sold, did so for 98% of asking which was $282,219.    Condos in Summerside: In the same time period, 17 condos sold in 59 days with the average asking price of $200,247 and the actual selling price average was $195,000 which is 97%.

        Averages are a good starting point to understand the swings in price; but you must compare apples with apples . There is a lot of new construction of houses so that is why you will see longer days on the market.  For an in depth report, give Ty a call.
